Holidays and Leave Outs
Our school calendar outlines specific holiday periods and breaks. During shorter breaks, students have the option to remain in their boarding houses. However, for extended holidays, students are expected to make alternative arrangements.
Guardianship
Guardian Requirements for International Students : All international students at St. Lawrence School must have a designated guardian residing in Uganda. This guardian, who should be over 25 years old and not residing in student accommodation, will act as a local contact point for the school and provide support as needed.
If you do not have a suitable family member or friend to serve as a guardian, you may consider using an accredited guardianship service. These services provide professional support and assistance to international students.
Education Agents
Students from overseas can apply to the School directly or may come to us via an agent. St. Lawrence SSS is happy to work with educational agencies who wish to introduce students to our school.Agents should please contact the Admissions Dept. via admissions@stlawrence.ac.ug to check whether we are accepting new agencies in your region.
Visa Sponsorship
International students at St. Lawrence School are responsible for obtaining the necessary visa to study in Uganda. While the school cannot directly sponsor visas, we can provide support throughout the application process.We will provide you with a letter of acceptance, which is a crucial document for your visa application. English as an Additional Language
