Overall 42% of all exams taken (at A-level, BTEC, Pre-U or in the IB Diploma) were awarded A* or A grades or equivalent; 66% A*-B. This is comparable to 2019 when the last public examinations took place.
A-level/ Pre-U/ BTEC:
- A*/A grades: 36%

- 18 pupils achieved straight A*/A grades, 5 pupils gained 100% in their Art A-level and 2 received 100% in their CCS A-level
- In BTEC Business 10 out of 13 pupils achieved Distinction* or Distinction grades – the top two grades possible – of which a third of the pupils were awarded the top Distinction* grade, which is equivalent to A* at A-level.
- In BTEC Sports Science, which is a double award equal to two A-levels, 7 out of 13 pupils received the very top Distinction * grades, equivalent to two A* grades at A-level.
IB Diploma:
- Average point score: 34.4 (compared with the worldwide average of 30)
- 15% of pupils achieved 40 or more points (equivalent to 4 A*s at A-level)
- Over a quarter of pupils (28%) achieved 38 or more points (equivalent to 3 A*s at A-level)
- One pupil achieved full marks (45 out of 45) putting them in the top 1% of students worldwide, one student achieved 44 points, and one scored 43 points
- A*/A grades equivalent (7-6): 58%
GCSE:
- A*/A/9-7: 49%
- A*-B/9-6: 68%
- A*-C/9-4: 95%
- 3 pupils achieved 11 grade 9s, 6 achieved straight 8/9 grades and 33 achieved straight A*/A/9-7 grades
- 9 gifted mathematicians sat the Algebra Award and the Further Mathematics certificate, in addition to their GCSE Maths, and gained top grades in all three of these exams
